How to Delete Your Account

Open the UBS VPN app
Go to Live Chat / Support
Request account deletion with your username

OR

Send an email with your username to:

support@ubsvpn.com

What Happens After Deletion?

Your account will be permanently deleted
Your personal data will be removed from our servers
Active subscriptions must be canceled via Google Play

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
