At UBS VPN, we respect your right to privacy. If you choose to discontinue our services, you can request a permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal records.

Deletion Methods

Live Chat Support

  1. Launch UBS VPN App
  2. Enter the Live Chat tab
  3. Send: "Delete my account"
  4. Agent will confirm your identity

Direct Email

Send a request from your registered email address to:

Retention Policy

Standard Processing: Requests are typically fulfilled within 7–14 business days.

Note: Some anonymized system logs may be kept for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance before being permanently purged from our servers.
